Product description:
The anchoring adhesive is made up of polymer resin、inorganic filling、curing agent and so on. The adhesive is used to bond metallic rod with concrete、brick or stone material. This product takes on some traits: environmental、fatigue resistant、aseismatic. It can joint the prolonged staff and can be used under zero centigrade.

Packaging and using method
Using metal pail for packaging.There are two specs: 30kg and 5kg. The packaging form of curing agent is toothpaste bag. The colloid is sticky. Mix the colloid and curing agent according to the handbook .
JCT-1 type
Product name：injecting anchoring adhesive
Product description:
This product can anchor bolt, structural whorl steel, round steel and metal material with concrete, stone and brick wall and so on. This product can be applyed for building reorganization, such as taking root, fixing equipment bedrock and so on.
Product trait:
1. This product is easy for constructing tip hole and horizontal hole , and especially fits to anchor small diameter steel .

6. Can prolong anchoring steel by jointing , experiment proves that jointing does’t influence anchoring strength .
Operation flow
Boring → clearing bore→ infusing adhesive→inserting reelingly→maintaining
Instruction
1. Drill at the basal material when work, and clear up the dust in the bore with the brush(at least thrice), must clear up and decontaminate the steel bar.
2. Take out the port of pipe, fit on stirrer and put the pipe in glue gun.
3. Pull the trigger of glue gun, get rid of the medicament which is extruded at first , then put the muzzle aiming at the orifice, Must insert the stirrer to the bottom of the hole, and pull the trigger continuously . Drop out muzzle insensibly. Make sure that the bore is filled with adhesive . Air is forbidden to enter the bore.
4. Librating steel is forbidden before adhesive cures, or else it will affect anchor strength.

Product description:
This product is polymer material which is mixed with two components. It is used to reinforce bridge, board, pillar and new door and so on with steel plate. It can also be used to bond steel with stone or concrete material.

*The relationship of curing time and temperature : the higher temperature, the faster curing time.
Instruction
1. Clear up the bonding surface of substrate material : polish the surface to remove loose one, show up the new surface and wipe off the dust using blower, then clean the besmirch with acetone.
2. Get rid of the rust and dust from the steel surface: polish with emery cloth or steel wire whee until steel luster. comes out
3. Mix A and B according to the dosage , then smear the mixture on the surface of steel, the thickness is 1 to 3 mm , and let the midst is thicker than the margin.
4. Fix the steel with chemical anchor bolt or expanding bolt ., press the steel until the adhesive extrude from the side of steel.
5. Not to remove the bonding object before adhesive cured, or the bonding strength will be affected.

JCT-6 type
Product name: carbon fiber structural adhesive
Product description :
JINCAOTIAN carbon fiber adhesive is made up of modified epoxy resin with high intensity, high bonding strength, low volatility and wide temperature range and so on, This product is assorted with all kinds of carbon fiber cloth.
Product trait
Primer: Used for the concrete surface with penetrability. It can form a hard layer on the concrete surface and make easy for putty and resin to bond.
Putty: when the concrete surface is not flat, putty should be used to repair the surface. So that the carbon fiber cloth could be flattly bonded to the concrete surface.
Resin: Use it to bond carbon fiber cloth on the concrete surface, it can transfer the force together with the carbon fiber cloth . So the resin must saturate the carbon fiber cloth completely during the construction.
